The Business Process Auditor is a highly skilled member of the department with working knowledge of auditing claims principles and practices. The incumbent utilizes auditing/investigative skills to examine, evaluate and determine appropriateness of information and/or processes. The Auditor prepares procedures and reports to document audit results and support any corrective actions. This position will contribute to the overall department responsibility of gathering essential data on and assessing the quality of the enterprise’s overall operations in human and system processes to create/improve efficiencies and generate effective processes/procedures/methods.  Additionally, this position will report on and present findings, make recommendations in partnership with stakeholders on improvement initiatives, and support the execution of any identified initiatives.  

What You'll Do

• Perform quality reviews of data through desk audits/reviews of all applicable employees

• Establish, perform and track audit projects within production and time constraints

• Analyze, interpret and report audit results to appropriate stakeholders

• Analyze responsibilities of various roles and work to identify root causes of issues

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with audit and other core teams across the organization

• Produce reports and dashboards for distribution to department leaders and stakeholders

What Experience You'll Need

• At least 2 years prior unemployment claims and appellate experience is essential. Prior Client Data Services (CDS) experience and experience conducting desk audits is a definite plus

• At least 1 year of experience with the Microsoft Office product suite - basic Excel skills are necessary, advanced skills are a plus. Proficiency with G Suite products such as Sheets and Docs is an acceptable substitute for Office related skills

Extra Points for any of the Following

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field a plus

• Experience with Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Any level of belt (yellow, green, black) would be a plus

The Business Service Representative is responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis. Provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds company standards of excellence and customer expectations via chat/email and phone support. Responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis

What you will do

• Answer customer calls and emails and chat providing prompt issue resolution
• Manage outbound calls to gain information and/or follow up to resolve customer issues
• Contribute to positive metrics:  First contact resolution, quality, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, productivity, etc.
• Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in CRM Salesforce
• Ability to be Dependable for work schedule, and work on-site 5 days a week
• Available to attend 6 weeks of training on a fixed schedule

What experience you need

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Detailed oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday/Friday), with three days onsite (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). This resource will be required to work from Equifax’s Alpharetta (Atlanta) location.

• Collaborate with Technology leaders and teams to ensure planning, progress, monitoring and early escalation of issues relating to integration work streams and transformation standards set by the M&A team.

• Create the alliance level plan and identify and manage dependencies across corporate technologies and other alliances/BUs.

• Drive progress according to the integration plan.

• Ensure alignment corporate services plan aligns with the central program team's plan and escalate mis-alignments/unidentified dependencies as needed.

• Identify, manage, mitigate risks, escalations, and issues.

• Partner with Finance to ensure the budget is tracked against approved funding and burn rate.

• Remain aware of M&A program scorecard content to enable proactive alignment regarding published reports and quick escalation for issues.

• Serve as the corporate technology services leader on the M&A program team - includes representing updates, requests, and escalations across the corporate services technology alliance.

• Create executive-ready updates for Technology leadership and contribute to executive reports that include integration updates.

• Lead design, implementation and management of highly complex strategic initiatives. Work with leadership and BU to deliver detailed designs for business cases and initiatives across the company.

• Perform Risk Management, including governing the risk and issue process, from risk, issue, and dependency identification, to developing and tracking mitigation plans, and facilitating the escalation of any issues or dependencies that block delivery.

• Monitor and communicate initiative measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management.

• Present solutions to have the greatest impact on profitability and client satisfaction.

• Develop short and long-term delivery strategies while outlining assumptions, success drivers, dependencies, expected outcomes and offering strategic alternatives necessary to pivot due to internal or external business goals. 

• Facilitate planning activities for the team.

• Facilitate budget activities for the team.

• Manage time tracking governance activities for the team (ensuring proper codes are changed, time is submitted and approved, etc.)

What experience you will need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Results-oriented professional with 7+ years of technology planning/ program management, Release Train Engineer, Program Manager or Scrum Master experience.

• Experience in managing complex programs involving extensive change management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Forecasts and plans resource requirements for complex initiatives.

• Experience in building and managing medium to large delivery functions using Agile methodology or has managed the entire business pillar portfolio with a supporting team.
