Due to continued growth of the department, we're looking for a team leader to join our estate planning administration team at Co-op Legal Services.

In this role, you'll manage a team of administrators to deliver high standards of service and support to our legal teams and customers. We'll look to you to analyse performance data and continuously improve our services. • Removing litter and emptying litter bins at regular intervals as demand indicates
• Removing small amounts of graffiti, fly post removal, trimming or removing weed growth and cleaning public toilets or car parks, as necessary.
• Undertaking basic condition inspections of facilities and reporting any obvious maintenance issues.
