This Transportation Security Inspector position is located in San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Transportation Security Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring security compliance of persons and transportation systems and entities regulated under the Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1500 series. The Sr. Industrial Security Manager (“ISM”) will interface with Aerospace and Defense customers and the government regarding security requirements. Must be a U.S. Citizen. The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a motivated attorney to join our Corporate Legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of public company matters, including SEC reporting, corporate and subsidiary governance, treasury, ESG and investor relations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent judgment, ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, passion for building and improving processes and an eye for detail. You must also enjoy working collaboratively with other members of Legal and the teams we support and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the company. What you'll Do

• Assist with preparing and filing periodic and annual reports and other securities-law filings, including those on Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K and Form S-8, proxy statements and section 16 reports.
• Help drive development and continued progress of corporate governance practices and processes across Adobe and our global subsidiaries, including international expansion and governance compliance matters.
• Assist with treasury matters, including debt offerings and other cash management and FX hedging activities.
• Assist with compliance with SEC and NASDAQ rules and public company polices applicable to the board and/or its employees.
• Assist with investor relations matters, including earnings and investor days.
• Assist with the governance component of ESG matters, including compliance with new and pending ESG rules.
• Assist with maintaining the governance calendar for the board and its committees, including preparing materials for meetings and drafting minutes, as well as supporting with our annual stockholder meetings.

What you need to succeed

• JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar.
• 4+ years of related experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department, specifically in federal securities law and corporate governance. A combination of both in-house and law firm practice experience is a plus.
• A very strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple groups and functions.
• A self-starter who operates independently in a fast-paced, global company.
• An approachable and flexible manner with a sense of humor.

Title:

KBR is hiring an Information Systems Security Officer / RMF expert in San Antonio, TX. The individual is responsible for providing advice and assistance to the Government regarding secure configuration, authorization, and operation of the client’s IT assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct risk management framework (RMF) assessment and authorization activities of current and future systems
• Mitigate and eradicate malicious activity
• Apply knowledge and experience with standard information systems security concepts, practices, and procedures
• Implement common information systems security practices, policies, and technologies.
• Prepare reports on the status of security safeguards applied to computer systems
• Gather pertinent security documentation and artifacts for inclusion into system authorization packages.
• Establish continuous monitoring plans in accordance with customer guidance
• Use professional experience with controlling, labeling, virus scanning, and appropriately transferring data

(uploading/downloading) between information systems at varying classification levels

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related STEM discipline
• 5 – 10+ years’ experience in related field
• Understanding of systems methodologies including but not limited to client server, web hosting, web content servers, policy servers, directory servers, firewalls, WAN, LAN, switches, and routers
• Working knowledge of configuration management, system maintenance, and integration testing
• Proficient in the use of tools used to prevent and/or negate malicious code
• Understanding of COTS tools that scan at the physical layer of all removable and fixed media types including but not limited to: (CDs, hard drives, thumb drives, Zip/Jazz, etc.)
• Working knowledge of all applicable client policies, procedures and operating instructions related to Information Technology, Information Assurance, Information Management (IT/IA/IM)
