Deal with urgent and routine correspondence and tasks in accordance with agreed practice and CQUIN standards including typing of clinic audio tapes, letters, medical reports, references, rotas and general correspondence including administration when necessary. Taking appropriate action to ensure that all relevant investigations are pending (eg; Chest X-rays, CT scans, etc) and that future appointments have been made through the use of PAS, E-mail and verbal communication. Tracking notes efficiently and effectively. Locate, retrieve and tracking of patient health records through communication with different departments, using appropriate systems. Distributing incoming mail and sorting correctly for relevant groups posting correspondence and outgoing mail. Answering the telephone on behalf of medical secretaries, taking detailed messages and enquiries from GPs, patients and other health service staff, through effective and professional communication of sensitive and confidential information. Initiate action to resolve queries raised by patients, relatives or general practitioners, often of a non-routine nature, concerning patients treatment and drawing these to the attention of the Consultant and/or medical staff team Filing letters, results and reports in accordance with Trust policies. Access information from PAS including the location of notes, patient search/printing, out-patient enquiries, expected admissions, pathology results and radiology enquiries, etc ensuring accurate patient information is maintained using both computer and paper records. Receive and send information using e-mail and internet. Monitoring stock levels of all stationery and patient information and advising Team Leader as necessary Ensure attendance at mandatory updates and general adherence to Trust Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Civil Enforcement Officer - Lincoln - Salary £24,804 per annum, £10.60 per hour - 45 hours per week.

Civil Enforcement Officers are an important part of the local community. You will be responsible for ensuring that all drivers follow parking regulations on public streets and in car parks. You will be making sure emergency vehicle access is not blocked and the road is safe for all members of the public!

What you'll do:

- Patrol public streets and local council car parks to ensure that car parking regulations are being followed.
- Record and issue Penalty Charge Notices.
- You will check parking meters and car park equipment and report damage or faults.
- Report defective signs and road markings, identifying and reporting abandoned vehicles. 
- You will explain regulations to motorists and advise them about parking facilities. 
- Check tickets and attend to minor machine faults.
- Ensure car parks and their facilities are clean, tidy and satisfactory


What you'll bring

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Resilience – as you could be walking quite long distances on patrol.

You will hold a Full UK Drivers Licence - Essential.

*Shifts are 45 hours per week over 5 shifts. 1 shift per week will be until midnight the other 4 shifts will be daytime hours notified in advance*

Hays require Security Operatives to work at a high security site in Lincoln.

Main duties will be to escort maintenance contractors onto site, checking vehicles, searching all trades people, checking in and out tools and ensuring all visitors to site adhere to the health and safety policies. You will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of contractors, escorting them around the establishment.

Working hours will be Monday-Friday (39 hours per week) Split 8 hours every day.

This role is a fundamental part of the organisation and requires you to have good communication skills, be able to follow strict procedures and have initiative to notify senior staff if there are any problems.

You will be required to have an enhanced security clearance carried out by the organisation to ensure you are able to work on site. The security clearance will require you to have photo ID such as a valid passport or photo card driving licence

Full training is provided but it would be beneficial to have prior experience of security, using radios and handling multiple keys for one site. A uniform is also provided.

You will need to provide 2 full working references from within the last year
