Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Civil Engineer to join their team in Leicester.

Your new role
As Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Performing technical and feasibility studies
• Carrying out environmental impact assessments and identifying potential risks to project delivery
• Utilising AutoCAD to develop detailed project blueprints
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and clients
• Determining construction costs, local and professional building regulations, environmental impacts and other factors that can affect project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:

• BEng Civil Engineering degree (or other relevant discipline)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good understanding of project site health and safety protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The College operates across two closely located campuses, next to the University of Leicester on University Road and a smaller campus at Regent Road.
We are looking to appoint a Security Warden to ensure the College provides a purposeful and safe study environment for students and staff.
The successful applicant will have experience of working within a supervisory role and will be based both indoors and outdoors throughout the academic year. Will either hold or be willing to work towards achieving a First Aid at Work qualification and be able to work in a calm and professional manner, using their own initiative and without requiring direct supervision.

This is a term-time, permanent full time post, working 40 hours per week to commence as soon as possible.
The salary banding for this post will be 3 – 6 which ranges from £22,312 to £23,162 per annum, pro rata. The actual starting salary is £20,928 per annum
