We are recruiting Security Professionals based on site at His Majesty's Court & Tribunal Service buildings. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You just require a positive customer service approach in everything you do.

So, what does a typical day as a Court & Tribunal Security Officer look like? This is not an average security job and every day within the Court & Tribunals service brings something new. You will be entrusted to ensure a safe environment for this essential National service and will become an important part within the justice system. You will gain job fulfilment from protecting and helping society and vulnerable people throughout a difficult time in their lives.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with flexible and part-time hours if required. There is no weekend or night work, but we can often offer overtime on a Saturday, Sunday, and Bank holidays. The weekends will be paid at a generous rate of 1.5x for Saturdays and 2x for Sundays, alongside a rate of 1.5x for weekday overtime outside of normal court operating times.

• Guaranteed 45 hours per week
• £1 per hour attendance allowance

Monday to Friday with adhoc Saturdays , on a rolling 4 week roster with times below:
0715-1515
0800-1600
0900-1700
1000-1900

Rate of pay will increase in April 2024 to £11.67/ph. plus £1 attendance allowance.

Legal Support Assistant Duties:

• Working as a team to act as a point of contact for fee earners
• Manage the workflow by utilising Administrative Assistants
• The role with undertake all aspects of the Legal Support Assistant role, and where Production, retaining ownership and accountability of all tasks through to completion

The role provides administrative and file management support across the team. Work will come either directly from the fee earner or through the work allocated by the Practice Assistants. The role is accountable for establishing and maintaining an ongoing service-based relationship with the team they support recognising and translating the needs and expectations into a responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with PA's to provide support to Client & Marketing for scheduling tender meetings, directory interviews, client training etc
• File management
• Assisting as directed in the organisation of internal and external events, seminars and conferences, (vulture) responsible for arranging registers delegates; booking travel; printing/sending materials; arrange give-aways
• Responsible for ordering all promotional goods and ensuring stock levels
