• Serves as Senior Security Specialist and Assistant Program Security Manager for Special Access Programs (SAPs).
• Develops, implements, manages, and monitors policies, instructions, procedures, control systems, and methods to prevent the compromise or loss of Special Access Program material.
• Coordinates with Federal Security and Intelligence Agencies, and others on a regular basis, concerning security and intelligence matters of mutual concern.
• Review security classification guides and procedural guidelines tailored for individual efforts to provide managers with the most current security and intelligence guidance in support of program missions.
• Provides technical guidance and input concerning Threat Assessments and Countermeasure briefings on Foreign Intelligence Service capabilities and activities targeted at SAPs.

• Design work includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of design memoranda and analysis, preliminary plans, and contract construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinates the work of assigned project with other Sections in the Branch or other branches to ensure the work is processed in the most efficient and expeditious manner.
• Evaluates technical requirements for each project; determines technical staff's competencies and assigns project to appropriate designer.
• Maintains structural engineering, program and administrative reference materials, project files and relevant background documents and makes available policies, procedures and written instructions from the supervisor.

• Perform as the Senior Cybersecurity Compliancy analyst for all aspects of security matters in administering a security program.
• Enforce security policies and safeguard for systems, including systems shutdown if warranted due to the seriousness of a security issue/violation.
