Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the work of a contracted security group including the management of all security administrative affairs at the respective sites allocated and will be responsible for the investigation of alleged or suspected offences and threats to company property, operations, and personnel.

·        Direct the activities of contracted security staff in order to protect company property and personnel.

·        Plan, coordinate and monitor the progress of security activities.

·        Conduct investigations on incidents that occur on the property, in conjunction with law enforcement officials when necessary and keep supervisors apprised of findings.

·        Supervise security officers in controlling vehicles entering and exiting the property, patrolling areas, controlling traffic on company roads, investigations, searches, monitoring security systems and responding to alarms.

·        Provide advice and guidance on security matters to company personnel and residents.

·        Review security related documents to provide advice on and interpretation of matters contained therein.

·        Carry out investigations by inspecting locations of alleged or suspected illegal activity.

·        Conduct surveillance and searches on suspected persons or activities in order to gather information and evidence.

·        Interview, research and interrogate suspects and witnesses in investigations in order to verify facts, and gather as much information as possible.

·        Prepare suspect and witness statements.

·        Prepare reports on completed and on-going investigations.

·        Prepare loss prevention and security reports for management and make recommendations for further actions or processes.

·        Participate in legal proceedings by serving legal documents, preparing evidence and presenting testimony in courts of law.

·        Collect, preserve and document all evidence and specimens relating to an investigation to be used in legal or other proceedings.

·        Conduct security presentations for Company personnel, Government representatives and contracted security agency employees.

·        Acts as coordination point in emergency situations by staying apprised of emergency response systems, monitoring emergency activities and responding as outlined in company procedure, keeping supervisors apprised of situation with regular updates.

·        Instructs security officers as to the appropriate response to incidents or unusual events.

·        Store, issue and account for company equipment issued to security personnel and supporting Law Enforcement Agencies and submit a monthly report to the Senior Supervisor Security

·        Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with Indonesian Laws and Regulations regarding security matters as well as company policy.

·        Responsible for neatness and maintenance of Security office, Guard posts and the immediate area surrounding these buildings in the respective area of responsibility.

·        Responsible to report all defects, damage, excessive overgrowth or any other issues that might influence effective security operations.

Manage the Guard tour system in respective area and submit batons to the designated monitoring station every day for downloading of information

 Some of your duties will include:

•     Conduct maintenance checks on aircraft, ensuring use of up-to-date tools and adherence to global aviation standards.

•     Manage and update aviation software to maintain efficiency and safety.

•     Inspect ground equipment and communication devices for safety and functionality.

•     Update and enforce adherence to technical manuals and safety protocols.

•     Initiate aviation projects with safety and quality at the forefront, including risk assessments.

•     Communicate regularly with stakeholders about safety and quality updates.

•     Allocate necessary resources to projects to uphold safety and quality standards.

•     Perform audits on projects, identifying and addressing safety or quality concerns.

•     Complete safety and quality checks before finalizing projects and document learnings.

•     Enforce airport safety regulations and procedures.

•     To Ensure that Airport safety operations running in accordance with laws and regulations.

•     To carry out operational activities in accordance with Regulations and Operational Documents (AM, ASP and SMS Manual).

•     Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of airport facilities and operations.

•     Create and implement safety management system programs, Occupational Safety & Health Management System (SMK3) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory (AD) Services: Oversee and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including forests, domains, and trusts, ensuring availability, security, and performance.
• Architect and Design Solutions: Design and implement solutions for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments, ensuring seamless integration with IAM and security policies.
• Manage and Support Identity Lifecycle: Oversee identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and governance of accounts, access controls, and roles.
• Secure Access and Authentication: Implement and manage secure authentication mechanisms such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, and single sign-on (SSO) configurations.
• Lead Incident Response: Act as the technical escalation point for resolving identity-related incidents, focusing on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for AD-related issues.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure AD aligns with regulatory requirements and supports business objectives.
• Manage System Upgrades and Patches: Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and changes to AD and IAM systems to ensure system security and minimize downtime.
• Document and Optimize Processes: Develop, maintain, and update operational and technical documentation, ensuring best practices in AD and IAM processes.
• IAM Roadmap: Assist in defining and implementing a strategic roadmap for IAM technologies, especially around directory services and access management.
• Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure AD and identity systems are compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, NIST), and provide audit support where necessary.

·        To plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project and maintenance works, to deliver products which meet standard requirement, on time and to budget while satisfying the of the client and company;

·        Responsible to receive work order and provide working schedule then to ensure all Civil works will completed in good result and meet with standard or company regulation.

·        To coordinate all civil job or carpentry & provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order;

·        Provide report after work order completed

·        Inspect every task and to make sure all done in a good manner

·        Lead, organize and provide directions for employee to ensure outstanding performance HSE&Q outcome and the business results;

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in civil maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;
