You will need to register if you do not already have an account To assist in the provision of a high quality confidential and efficient administrative service to the 0-19 Public Health nursing teams to ensure an effective service is given to all relevant service users. To assist with the maintenance and control of child health records (manual and electronic) to ensure they provide up to date, accurate and relevant information in line with recognised guidelines. To assist with transferring records in/out of area adhering to strict protocol guidelines. To deal with telephone enquiries from parents and health professionals, taking appropriate messages for health professionals to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner, in order to maintain an effective service. To assist with the collation of statistical information as requested to enable production of relevant reports to provide accurate information for the continuous improvement of the service. Opening, sorting and distribution of incoming mail. Scanning of appropriate documents onto the Electronic Patient Record Any other admin duties as directed by the Admin Lead to enable smooth running of the service. Security Officers required to work 4 on 4 off days and nights, with a payrate of £12.25

Retail Security Officer (Full Time) - ASDA - Bootle, 81 Strand Road, Liverpool

Hours - Dependent on Store opening times - to be discussed at interview.

Pay Rate - £13.00

Job Overview

You are required to provide safety and security to our customer's property, people and/or assets in line with the published Assignment Instructions, delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators. Provide exceptional customer service to both staff and visitors alike, as well as undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development, all whilst upholding both Mitie and our clients reputation.



Main Duties

-Use ASCONE to maintain the security of the site.

-Conduct regular patrols of the site.

-Monitoring self-scan area

-Deliver customer service to both staff and visitors.

-Support the staff with any reasonable request.

-Ensure the relevant reports are completed for accurate information to be recorded.

Training

For this role, you will be required to fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training, as well as undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development as directed by the Operations Manager. You are required to ensure you renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.



Security and Health & Safety

-Look out for, and to immediately report, any Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards, on site.

-Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment to take the appropriate action to reduce the chance of disruption, loss or damage, whilst using common sense and initiative to ensure the situation does not become threatening.

-To maintain professional conduct in the face of difficult situations and challenging customers.

-Complete an accurate and detailed entry of any incidents that occur on the system provided on site.

-To call emergency services and Communication Centre to report all incidents.

-Previous Security Experience is required.

-Door Supervisor SIA License.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Ability to work well under pressure.

About the Role

Job Overview:

Mitie is looking for Retail security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

You must hold a current SIA licence or valid SIA certificates (licence can be provided) and a full 5-year checkable employment/education history, You will be required to work in different stores as and when required, access to your own mode of transsport is nesseary.

Main duties:

-To deliver industry leading customer service

-To deter violence and public order offences

-To conduct patrols of the store

-Utilising CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss

-Liaise with the store management teams

-Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store
