Responsibilities
Ā· Processing of documents over the counter
Ā· Familiarise yourself with the different requirements on handling documents
Ā· Manage customers over the counter
Ā· Handle customerās enquiries over the counter
Ā· Perform data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned from time to time
Skills and Qualifications
Ā· Proficient in Microsoft Word
Ā· Detailed-oriented and meticulous
Ā· Pleasant, positive working attitude and hardworking
Ā· Able to work independently as well as a team player
Ā· Good communication and interpersonal skills
