As a Mission Support Specialist, GS-12 you will perform the following duties:

• Coordinates and performs a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the office including, but not limited to, managing travel needs and related processing, serving as timekeeper for staff, and coordinating a variety of administrative projects;

This position is located in our Global Investigations Division. As a Program Administration Specialist, you will:

• Provide a variety of administrative services in support of the Division's operations, which include budget, workload management, preparing travel requests, making reservations, submitting vouchers for reimbursement, and coordinating and prioritizing the calendars of Division leadership.
• Conduct research on a wide variety of programmatic and administrative issues, utilizing data from a variety of sources, including direct contacts with appropriate subject matter experts.
