• Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
• Form new and continue existing relationships with companies and government agencies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
• Maintain a strong understanding about product , features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
• Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
• Give customers in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of each item the company offers.
• Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles.
• Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry.

Job Skills and Qualifications:-

Required:

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or another field.
• Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally.
• Friendly and personable with others.

Preferred:

• Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations
• Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in Cyber Security industry.
• Past experience dealing with government agencies will be advantage.

Job Description

Looking for sales account manager who will be responsible for developing long-term

relationship with clients and overseeing sales. As a Sales Account manager you will be

responsible to develop leads, building and maintaining relationship, managing deals, fulfill

their requirements and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to

deliver a positive client experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of clients to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationship with clients.
• Find key people in organizations to sell our solutions – Mostly IT department.
• Able to present and upsell TechLab’s solutions and support offerings.
• Remediate conflicts with clients in a timely manner.
• Understanding each clients nature of business to propose suitable solutions and offerings.

Plus Points in Experience

• Relevant experience in similar client-facing role
• Experience in a strategic partner management position
• Experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
• Proven experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth
• Strong sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-orientated solutions and services
• Experience with successful partner management.

Qualifications

• SPM, diploma graduate or equivalent education experience.
• Experience as Sales Account Manager/Sales Representative (also open to freshgrads)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM and Google suite

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff; establish and enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and surveillance to prevent security violations.
• Collaborate with the Talent & Culture Department to determine and implement security training.
• Lead accident prevention programs and periodic evacuation drills.
• Handle guest concerns related to theft or accidents and maintain records of incidents.
• Liaise with local authorities (police, fire department) and maintain good relations.
• Enhance the discipline and professionalism of security personnel; ensure asset protection.
• Address security incidents, fire safety, occupational health and safety measures promptly.
• Form and lead the safety committee; schedule security staff effectively.
• Assist in handling cash, loss control, and employee-related investigations.
• Conduct regular fire safety drills and security training.
• Investigate thefts, frauds, and incidents of loss, and prepare departmental budgets.
• Review and improve security procedures and motivate the security team.
• Advise management on fraud prevention and ensure the General Manager is informed about security matters.
