Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff; establish and enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and surveillance to prevent security violations.
- Collaborate with the Talent & Culture Department to determine and implement security training.
- Lead accident prevention programs and periodic evacuation drills.
- Handle guest concerns related to theft or accidents and maintain records of incidents.
- Liaise with local authorities (police, fire department) and maintain good relations.
- Enhance the discipline and professionalism of security personnel; ensure asset protection.
- Address security incidents, fire safety, occupational health and safety measures promptly.
- Form and lead the safety committee; schedule security staff effectively.
- Assist in handling cash, loss control, and employee-related investigations.
- Conduct regular fire safety drills and security training.
- Investigate thefts, frauds, and incidents of loss, and prepare departmental budgets.
- Review and improve security procedures and motivate the security team.
- Advise management on fraud prevention and ensure the General Manager is informed about security matters.
