48 hour working week - To be flexible covering days, nights and weekends
Northern Security Ltd is a well-established security provider, operating in the industry since 1998. We hold several industry accreditations and are a recognised training provider for the industry. We currently have a vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager based in Carlisle. Having the ability to work independently and well under pressure, a flexible attitude.
Job Description
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with Officers
- Leading a team throughout the region, setting clear performance objectives and goals
- Conducting regular performance evaluations, 1-2-1 meetings, and appraisals
- Competing training plans with the officers, and ensuring we are meeting the site requirements
- Conducting any investigations and meetings when necessary
- Providing feedback and coaching to the team to improve performance
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any issues or challenges
- Monitoring and assessing client satisfaction and feedback
- Proactively addressing and resolving client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service improvement
- Working closely with cross-functional teams
Applicants must be:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Able to give and receive feedback and use it as a tool to grow
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Be Able To Provide 5 Year Check Able History to Complete BS7858 Vetting and Screening
