This Stakeholder Manager position is located at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with leadership to develop, coordinate, implement and maintain a program to communicate to stakeholders TSA's policies, programs, and directives.
• Identifying and responding to stakeholders' questions, programs, and concerns regarding security.
• Recommending changes to improve communications with stakeholders.
• Working to identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of aviation security policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems.
• Manage technology projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Analyze the needs of the company's different departments for IT support.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for IT-based solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT field.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology or IT risk management; experience in a supervisory capacity is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint security, mobility management, vulnerability scanning, and network and system security protocols.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), project management tools, and methodologies.
• Proficient in programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
