• Support our Legal Department to handle clerical and administrative work, including but not limited to data entry and filings

• Assist in review of simple legal documentation and regulatory responses
• Conduct research and analysis, including on laws and regulations
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

• University Undergraduates Students, preferably in Legal or Business Admin or related disciplines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, detail-minded, fast learner with good sense of responsibility
• Final year students will also be considered

• Supporting the overall brand communication strategy
• Planning, developing, and implementing all PR activities & strategies
• Media monitoring & maintain the relationship with media online and offline
• Writing press release and other communications to promote brand
• Good in public speaking
