Requirements:

1. Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, or Computer Science-related field.

2. Minimum 2 -5 year of experience in an IT/Cybersecurity/Security System Engineer role.

3. Willingness to perform hands-on operational tasks with the ability to work effectively and independently.

4. Technical aptitude with demonstrated numerical and scientific abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills.

5. Promptly update customers and internal teams on project status and progress in handling technical issues.

6. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

How is the team ?

Our Security team is comprised of 25 dedicated professionals.

As a member of the Information Security (IS) team, you will collaborate closely with the IT Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), under the guidance of the Chief Security Officer (CISO).

The team has an international presence:

In this role, you will report directly to the Deputy Chief Security Officer Esther Prudhon-Delagrange | LinkedIn.

What is the role ?

· Identify and assess information security risks

· Provide security consulting for the company’s projects (new applications or infrastructure components, evolutions, implementation of cloud solutions, etc.)

· Participate in the elaboration of security standards, proposal of improvements and development of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) in accordance with ISO 27001

· Participate in the risk assessment and treatment process organized in accordance with ISO 27001

· Participate in the development of training plans and awareness campaigns (what information is confidential information, how to classify it, expected behaviors, etc.)

· Conduct risk assessments and treatments in line with ISO27001

· Maintain active security and technological monitoring

· Formalize results through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Description

We are looking for an individual with a passion for cyber security to represent Avaloq’s security controls to customers, and ensure that Avaloq is meeting all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements around protection of data.

The role requires a strong background and understanding of all cyber security domains and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

In this position, you will be part of the global cyber security operations team and represent Avaloq’s security controls to our customers in Asia, coordinate and respond to customer audits, as well as support our security teams in Singapore, Manila, and Pune.
