Job Description:
Airbus SAS is looking for a Business Analyst (f/m) to join our Cyber Security Operations Centre (the SOC) based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing cyber threats detection rules and elaborating appropriate response scenarios to protect the entire Airbus Group against malicious cyber attacks . As part of the Detection and Response team, you will be involved in understanding the Airbus IS solutions and infrastructure, gathering the cybersecurity requirements to protect the IS solution and ultimately designing the related detection rules.
As a Business Analyst, your scope of application will include working with leading experts to protect Airbus against an ever evolving cyber threat and be part of the corporate digital security office combining; IT, industrial manufacturing, product, and people security

Your challenges:
Within the position, you will be a Business Analyst of the SOC, belonging to the Business Analysts team. Your mission is to :
Act as a focal point between SOC and business stakeholders (inside and outside of SOC) to ensure regular communication channels
Be in charge of customer facing : understanding the security risks assessment and liaise with the SOC team to ensure the appropriate implementation of detection rules,
Collect all required relevant information to design the detection rules in order to support development teams
Manage the existing backlog by collecting and identifying the different cyber risks and needs from relevant stakeholders within Airbus and have them prioritized through SAFe methodology
Prepare the SOC program increments ceremonies and follow the progress of the use cases development.
Collaborate with SOC analysts for continuous improvement of our cyber detection and response capabilities
Contribute to SOC process definition and communication
Contribute to support the design and the operations of the SOC
Ensure suppliers follow-up in the frame of Business Analysts activities
Your boarding pass:
Min years of professional experience: 5
You are able to understand cybersecurity topics and adapt your speech to make it understandable to others
You are keen to follow and learn from cyber threat trends and support the capability to detect insider threats abnormal behaviors
Advanced level in Project Management
Master’s Degree specialized in Information Technology (or equivalent)
Advanced level in English. Advanced level in French would be appreciated
Specific knowledge of cyber security
Capacity to transcript from business demand to data models
SOC detection & response experience would be highly appreciated
Experience in Splunk Enterprise Security would be highly appreciated
