What You'll Be Doing:
The Technical Underwriting Manager Motor is responsible for: 

The identification, design, development and implementation of new and innovative
Domestic Motor Underwriting Guidelines, both Core and Discretionary, aimed at improving overall risk selection
Ongoing review and enhancement of existing Domestic Motor Underwriting Guidelines aimed at optimising business outcomes and customer experience
Design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the Motor
Underwriting system and processes, including ongoing referral automation, to ensure they remain fit for purpose and keep pace with a growing and increasingly complex Domestic Motor portfolio
Providing coaching and support to
