In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design and propose solutions, and deliver application enhancements and projects that conform to our company's technology architecture guidelines, technology information security standard, and IT management process. The Role:

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Responsible for managing network-related incidents and changes, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted network operations.
2. Responsible for the commission, de-commissioning, and tech refresh of network devices
3. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration among team members to ensure optimal network performance
4. Proactively manage the smooth delivery of network operations in accordance with stipulated Service Level Agreements, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction
5. Provide timely firmware updates for network devices, keeping them up-to-date with the latest security patches and enhancements
