As an Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical, programming and product troubleshooting for CMS’s product. You are required to work closely with the Sales team, customer and manufacturer to ensure the customer use CMS product with optimum performance.

Job detail & reponsibilites

• A recognized Degree/Master in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years working experience in related field.
• Working experience in Industrial Robot (Scara, cartesian and Wafer Transfer), Servo,Stepper motor, knowledge in motion control, IOT 4.0 knowledge & PLC programming will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in electrical wiring drawing.
• Programming knowledge in C#, Visualbasic, C++ and ladder logic programming.
• Troubleshoot product related error.
• Travel outstation to support product's issue at customer side.
• Self starter and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Need to be able speak Mandarin to communicate with Taiwan, If able to speak Japanese will be more advantage.

• Lead the audit team to perform the internal audit in a regular basis as per schedule planned in order to verify the implementation, adherence and effectiveness of the quality, environmental, occupational safety & health management system established
• Maintain, follow up and closing out the Internal Corrective Action Request raised on the management system
• Conduct process audits (include specific audits such as process integrity audit, process management plan audits), systems audits (including QMS, EMS, OSH MS, RBA) & sampling verify the effectiveness implementation of customer specific requirements, & past non-conformances
• Liaise with certification body for management system related audits, enquiries & issues
• Handle & support for the external audits (certification bodies, customers, other interested parties) corresponding to the RBA & Integrated Management System
• Develop, establish, improve and prepare the new and current standard procedure, work instruction, form and checklist
• Prepare training material, training evaluation and conduct training on quality awareness, objectives & policies and quality procedures
• Work for the continual improvement in documented information system & integrated management system.

Requirement:

• Meticulous, sound of urgency, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in working with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point)
• Diploma / Degree in any related field.·
• Minimum 3 years experience in document control or other similar administrative role.
• Experience in handling ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA & document control.

• General duties - provides technical support to manufacturing with the overall goal of improving existing manufacturing processes and/or developing new processes to achieve quality, cost and cycle-time targets; acts as a senior toolmaker to personally undertake new, more complex or urgent manufacturing assignments,
• Process/Machining - assist and prepare process flow or PCP, Work Instructions and tooling's documentation for production and able to improve the current processes. Understand Special process, and other process control procedures integrated as part of the inspection system,

• Develop embedded firmware which run on Bosch products.
• The developed embedded firmware shall base on test requirement from customer, internal engineering and manufacturing.
• The embedded firmware shall be able to interact with manufacturing and engineering test system via physical interface such as Serial, Ethernet, and USB

• Responsible for electronics design, layout, fabrication, and implementation of interface boards between device and test controller.
• Responsible to design and setup of the electronics hardware of the MAE (PCBA Design).

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SQL Developer to join our team, focusing on semiconductor production master data management and the development of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL-based solutions to ensure the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of our semiconductor production data processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and enhance the overall efficiency of our production systems.

1. Database Design & Development:

Design and implement robust Oracle SQL database schemas for semiconductor production master data.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support business requirements.

2. ETL Tool Development:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Collaborate with data architects and engineers to integrate ETL tools with existing data systems.

3. Data Management:

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all production databases.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation tasks to maintain high data quality standards.

4.Performance Optimization:

Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to SQL queries and ETL processes.

5.Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with semiconductor production teams to understand data requirements and provide effective solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.
