Senior Software Quality Analyst (Contract)

Job Description & Requirements

· Develop and maintain automated test framework on Java

· Expertise in Test lifecycle including Requirement Analysis, Identifying Test Scope,Designing Test cases,Executing Test cases, and tracking defects till closure

· Have worked in Agile project models

· Familiar and equipped with agile testing experience in scrum-based/Kanban based projects.

· Experience in scrum ceremonies like backlog grooming and refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective etc

Requirements:

· QA analyst with minimum of 7 years’ experience in test automation preferable in financial services domain

· Good to have knowledge and experience in Equities or Derivatives trading

· Testing experience with Industry standard APIs used in Financial Services domain (e.g. Financial Information eXchange (FIX), FIXML, REST)

· Experience in test automation framework using BDD framework with Cucumber & TestNG

· Experience on Selenium Web Driver, Postman(API Testing)

· Experience on Build and Configuration Tools like MAVEN

· Experience on CI/CD Tools like Jenkins and version control via BitBucket or GitHub

· Good understanding of Java Libraries - REST Assured

· Have used IDEs like IntelliJ and Eclipse

· Programming Languages - Core Java

Responsibilities:

• Develop software in embedded Android/Linux devices including software design as well as implementation and customization of solutions using Android/Linux operating systems.
• Perform system tunning/optimization and improve system stability using a strong background in embedded system,operating system, and multi-thread programming.
• Involved in system architecture and design and system requirements definition.

Responsibilities:

• Participated in the design, implementation, and testing of firmware/software systems for wireless gaming devices.
• Collaborate and work with gaming device companies to create revolutionary gaming products
• Develop moderately complex software using C language following Merry’s coding standards and in accordance with applicable software development methodologies and release processes

Job Description

As an After-sales Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of after-sales services. This includes coordinating with service engineers, preparing quotes for fault calls and repairs, and overseeing perventive maintenance contracts. You will assist with site surveys for minor projects, gather necessary information to aid the sales team in quoting, suggest site requirements for installations, power, and access, and manage distributors for projects won. Additionally, you will assist in preparing safety-related documents for preventive maintenance contracts (PMC) or minor projects. Your role is essential in maintaining strong relationship with end users and ensuring smooth operations for after-sales services.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of Automatic Door Operator : A Solid understandign of automatic door operatos, their functionality, and maintenance requirements.

2. Possession of a Class Driving License

3. Knowledge of Ironmongery and Door Closers : Familiarity with various ironmongery products, including door closers, and their installation and maintenance.

4. Familiarity with Singapore Building Environment Regulations : A good understanding of the building and safety regulations in Singapore related to doors, door operators and associated hardware.

Jobs Description & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from tertiary institutions subject to Authority’s Representative’s Approval;
• Resident Technical Officer /site supervisors must be accepted by BCA under the Building Control Act / Resident Technical Officer /site supervisors shall possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) and possesses minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES;
• Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, including experience in supervision of pipe jacking works, building works and architectural elements and finishing works.
• Shall be conversant with contract administration, statutory requirements for site supervisors, quality control procedures, and submission of progress reports.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work if requested
• Preferably Singapore citizen or SPR
• Contract duration: 12 months
