Joint Fires Network Subject Matter Expert, Senior

You'll perform as the leading Subject Matter Expert to integrate Air Force operational-level Joint Fires doctrine, policies, processes, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), into Theater integrated Joint Fires operational concepts, plans, operations, and exercises.
You'll use your expertise to coordinate with joint forces, sub-unified commands, service components, and functional components to ensure Air Force perspectives on Command and Control and Joint Fires at the operational level are captured in Theater Combatant Command Joint Fires Network plans, programs, and solutions.
You'll provide expertise to support the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), and operational concepts for new and emerging technologies and enables the integration of them into joint exercises.
Work with us toward building a fully integrated all-domain operational-level Joint Fires Network which is functional for all services.

You Have:
15+ years of experience in a military service, such as USAF
3+ years of experience in planning Joint or Combined Air Operations, and Joint Operational Planning Process Plans
Experience operating effectively at the Joint and Combined operational and strategic levels
Knowledge of Air Force Command and Control and Fires Operations and coordination requirements as it applies to the operational level of warfare, including planning, organizing, and conducting exercises to enhance the ability of DoD military units to employ Joint Fires
Knowledge of Theater Air-Ground System (TAGS) and Theater Air Control System (TACS)
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
Graduate of a Senior Service College

Experience in an Air Operations Center
Knowledge of United States Indo-Pacific Command Theater Combatant Command roles and responsibilities
ability to work effectively as a member of a joint working group
Ability to deliver executive summaries and presentations to flag and general officers (FO/GO) and Senior Executive Service (SES) level officials
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
