Job Title: Mobile Electrical Supervisor
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum

Are you an experienced and dynamic electrical professional looking for a challenging role that combines leadership, technical expertise, and on-the-tools responsibilities? We are seeking a Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving excellence within our electrical services.
Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Electrical Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and Lead: Oversee a team of skilled electrical technicians, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Coaching and Development: Mentor team members, identify training needs, and facilitate skill development to enhance the overall capability of the team.

On-the-Tools: Engage in hands-on electrical work when required, demonstrating technical expertise and setting high standards for the team.

Quoting: Prepare accurate and competitive project quotes, collaborating with the team and clients to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.

On-Call Rota: Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota to address urgent issues outside regular working hours.
Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical services, with demonstrable leadership and supervisory skills.

Strong technical knowledge and the ability to contribute on the tools as well as in a supervisory capacity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client interactions.

Experience in quoting for electrical projects with a focus on accuracy and competitiveness.

Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota and respond to urgent situations outside standard working hours.
