• You will be responsible for all aspects of AUTEC's EM and continuation of operations (COOP) planning, coordination, and integration.
• You will oversee and audit all contractor EM and COOP activities necessary to construct, sustain, and improve operational resilience in accordance with applicable Government and Department of the Navy regulations, policies, and guidelines.

The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) accomplishes area expertise for secure computer and long-haul communications systems for the Operations of the Airlift Control Flight (ALCF)/Contingency Response Element (CRE). Additionally, provides weekday training and support to reserve personnel at home station and temporary duty (TDY) locations world-wide.

Duties:
1: Accomplishes ALCF/CRE secure/non-secure communication (Comm)/aerospace ground equipment (AGE) activities.

2: Responsible for COMSEC Management and Training. Responsible for Operational Security (OPSEC) Management and Training.

3: Manages AGE equipment. Performs a variety of administrative services in support of the unit program management.

4: Provides Client Support Administrator (CSA) services to support network applications.

5: Conducts secure communications and computer capabilities and fundamentals training for all ALCF/CRE personnel.

• Coordinate regional short and long-range planning and utilization of IT customer support functions, resources, coordination of systems and applications procedures and integration.

Position located in the Health Services Department at a Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) correctional facility.

Primarily responsible for providing emergency assessment and medical care to inmate patients.

First responder at the scene of sudden illness or emergency and sometimes encounters situations which may be life threatening.

Determines, upon consultation with a medical provider (physician/physician assistant/nurse practitioner), the most appropriate method of transportation to the local hospital.

Prioritizes treatments for patients having multiple problems and employs a variety of established medical emergency procedures, techniques, methods and equipment, including the performance of emergency triage.

The incumbent is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and update of Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) monitoring systems in support of all divisions of the VAMC; for providers in full-time, part-time, temporary, intermittent, contract, without compensation (WOC) and fee basis appointments in accordance with VHA C&P directives, handbooks and policies; Joint Commission (TJC) Standards; and State and Federal Regulations. The incumbent applies analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of key program processes and makes recommendations to leadership for improving policies, processes and procedures. This position is supervised by the C&P Manager.

Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assesses the effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of key program processes.
• Conducts analytical assessments of program processes and procedures.
• Analysis of clinical evaluation plans to assure they meet standards.
• Conducts analytical reviews maintenance and data tracking on key processes related to the Credentialing and Privileging program.
• Applies analytical skills in understanding the data, noting key issues, and making data driven decisions that impact key areas of the C&P Program.
• Manages special projects for new program initiatives and requirements and for process improvements and changes.
• Identifies issues and recommends corrective actions to supervisor, organizational leaders, or administrative support personnel, as appropriate, and estimates compliance timelines for resolution.
• Makes adaptations or recommendations to larger internal processes/policy changes to supervisor.
• Primary consultant to the supervisor for the development and implementation of program operations that have a direct impact on data management and process improvements.

The incumbent is responsible for collecting relevant data and making informed decisions to ensure qualified health care professionals are providing appropriate care in appropriate settings.

• Assisting the C&P Manager/Analyst in developing short- and long-term goals necessary to accomplish the mission of the C&P program.
• Assisting the C&P Manager/Analyst in drafting local credentialing processes and Medical Staff Bylaws in compliance with all applicable regulations.
