Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role :

• Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle Diagnostics.
• Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician are the face of the business so its important you deliver exceptional Customer Service.

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician Requirements:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer focused approach
• A full UK driving licence

We are looking for a committed and proficient Network Engineer to join their team, playing a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of the companies' network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and initial troubleshooting for network issues, acting as the first point of contact for network-related incidents.
Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and managing network issues via helpdesk, adhering to SLAs.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system; handle alerts from monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Conduct monthly site audits and attend team meetings to ensure network integrity and performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• CCNA certification and proven network troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Preferred experience with Fortinet firewalls, Cisco/Aruba switching, and Cisco/FortiAP wireless systems.
• Ability to read logs and packet captures; review network infrastructure for end-of-life devices and expiring certificates.
• Familiarity with change management processes and strong communication skills.

Supreme Wheels is a Specialist Alloy Wheel Refurbishment company based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. Though recent recruitment has taken place, due to our continuing expansion and workload, further staff are required.

An exciting opportunity has risen at Supreme Wheels , and we are looking for an experienced mobile repair technician to join our growing team in the Oxfordshire area.

Your key responsibilities will be:


Represent our team with a high passion for customer service
Work closely with the planning team on daily logistics
Carry out painted and diamond cut repairs on alloys
Perform quality checks
Use own initiative to help resolve any difficult situations
Manage stock levels
Document work log
Maintain the upkeep of the van and report any defects
Adhere to health and safety requirements


To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:


Full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
Experienced within smart repairs either in a bodyshop or mobile.
Previous experience removing/ refitting wheels to cars.
Previous experience using wet paint/ lacquer.
Previous experience using a lathe would benefit but not essential (training to be provided).
Great attention to detail
Able to adhere to daily deadlines
