About the Team

The Highways and Transport Service is responsible for ensuring the effective management, maintenance and improvement of all highway and transport assets. About the Role

This role sits within the Technical Support Team where we provide a central administrative and project support function to the wider team.

As a Technical Support Officer you'll be at the heart of ensuring we always deliver an excellent service. On a day-to-day basis you will take on crucial business support duties which include purchasing and invoicing, business reporting, facilities and reception duties. You will respond to a high volume and wide range of requests, supporting the wider teams to deliver the overall objectives of the service.
