Duties may include delivering training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face, online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction. You'll provide training to the Intelligence Community (IC) workforce and maintain existing course content for currency and relevancy. You will prepare and present classroom lectures and assist in TSEC curriculum modernization. Use blended learning technologies, deliver training on the knowledge and skills required for conducting compliant, effective, and efficient TS/TSCM training. Work with course developers to ensure the correct information and best teaching methodologies are used.

• Graduate of the Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Fundamentals Course and/or Graduate of the ITC’s Basic Technical Operations Course (BTOC) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6-years of applied practical experience in Federal Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) or Technical Surveillance Activities (TSA) in the last 10-years
• Four years’ experience teaching/training adults in the last 10 years.
• Completion of an Undergrad or Graduate degree in Education and Training maybe considered in lieu of teaching experience. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred

Responsibilities:

• Primary function is to manage activities associated with software changes for a variety of medical device systems.

• Manages/coordinates updates performed by development team, and incorporates updates to software, as needed.

• Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects, or a few larger projects at one time.

• Collaborate closely with software development teams (both on-shore and off-shore), Technical Support, Field Service, Manufacturing, Product Security, Clinical and other organizations to accomplish necessary software changes initiated by reported anomalies, changes in use-cases, material or hardware changes that impact software, cybersecurity, regulatory updates, and other.

Experience

Support mobile device and operating system Tier III functions within a classified environment. • Design and deliver seamless orchestration of services across customer integrations, IoT services, enterprise IT integrations, and the facilitation of smooth communication and secure data exchange across system boundaries (edge, Cloud etc.). Implementing data routing and orchestration mechanisms to ensure reliable and fault-tolerant data exchange workflows.
• Ability to design scalable and extensible architectures for digital data exchange, accommodating the integration needs of diverse healthcare systems and applications.
• Collaborative with R&D, IT and Digital Health teams to build robust digital dataflow pipelines that serve various purposes including data lake management, data analytics, R&D analytics, and supporting digital applications and workflows.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the integration platform to support the growing needs of the digital health ecosystem. Implement monitoring and optimization strategies to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of digital integrations and data pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of over 7 years in systems architecture, integration, and software development, preferably in the healthcare or digital health domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA,GDPR etc.)
• Expertise in utilizing leading-edge industry solutions and technologies for integration and system architecture design.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices architecture, and API design principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience with relevant frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their health data exchange and storage frameworks
• Certification or training in integration platforms like CloverLeaf, Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, or other relevant integration platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and design scalable and robust solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for software development, including Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery methodologies.
