• Broad and deep understanding of iOS’s architectural components (CoreData, UIKit, SwiftUI, etc.) and the MVC architecture, experience with MVVM is a plus
• Experience building apps with offline capabilities is a plus
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrent programming, memory management, and performance optimization
• Proven ability to develop and ship complex high-quality software products that are performant and reliable
• Proven working knowledge of good software engineering techniques, methodologies, ​and best practices

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Members of the Software Tools Team work on design and implementation of tools for SSD products. Members of this team develop the in-house software tools used to interact with the SSDs and test their performance. Individual is expected to understand technical specifications (like protocol specs), design and implement features in the tools.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5-9 Years’ Experience in Application development on Windows Platform
• Hands-on in C++, STL/Boost programming.
• Strong in data structures, design patterns.
• Hands-on in multi-threaded design and programming.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Able to work independently and perform in fast paced environment.
• Prior experience in working with Agile/Scrum.

• Install, configure and manage MySQL Databases in a Linux environment.
• Maintain and monitor backup of databases using MEB or logical backup.
• Develop and Support MySQL database replication.
• Monitor performance of Database and their servers: CPU, IO, memory, and storage.
• Perform Database Query tuning as required.
• Diagnose and correct database availability and reliability issues.
• Provide root cause analysis for Critical issues and suggest and implement corrective actions.
• Collect Database performance metrics for weekly/monthly and quarterly review.  
• Work with DBA lead to design database strategies, monitor and improve database performance and capacity, plan for future expansion requirements.        
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support in supporting databases across multiple regions and time-zones.
• Work closely with infrastructure and application teams in supporting projects and enhancement requirements.
