About the Role:

• Work closely with the Human Capital leadership team to define the strategy and goals, potential market and future of the HR Tech practice
• Stimulate market demand to secure wins for projects focusing on HR Tech
• Assemble the right team from across Deloitte’s Consulting capabilities to develop and deliver tailored solutions for our clients
• Act as key advisor on all aspects of the practice, including vendor selections, current/future state assessments, requirements gathers across the various disciplines including HCM, Payroll, WFM and Benefit solutions
• Establish processes that encourage shared learning within the team.
• Support our teams continuous development of capabilities through opportunities and training that foster professional growth and develop expertise
• Engage all employees, ensuring they have a positive, inclusive and enriching experience within the team
• Confirm the quality of delivery for the client in all areas with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and appropriate messaging
• Generating analysis and insight: Executing rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development, client solutions and advice and support long-term goals
• Tools, skills and frameworks: Developing an understanding of effective tools, skills and frameworks that can be brought to bear on new client problems, and shared as best practice within the team
• Team leadership: Leading, managing and supporting team members in order to ensure successful project delivery and employee engagement
• Relationship management: Working closely with clients to develop strong professional relationships
• Collaboration: Collaborating across the Deloitte practice, both in Ireland and Globally, to build relationships and bring a global capability to the client in a seamless client experience

About you

• Significant experience in a senior leadership and client relationship role within a consulting and/or professional services organisation
• Prior experience in consulting/transformation is essential
• Strong programme management and HR Technology capabilities with experience developing a team with this capability is essential
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client service excellence, inclusivity and employee experience
• At least 10 years’ experience with various HR technology solutions such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Ceridian, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Infor, etc.

What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

The Director is responsible for Procure to Pay (PTP), Supply Chain Execution (SCE) and Release Management (RM) functions of Pharmaceutical segment SAP landscapes. As part of the SAP CoE, this role will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the pharmaceutical segment SAP Applications, including expansion to new business units (with primary focus on P2P and SCE). This position will also have accountability over the Service Delivery from Manage Service partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT managing both projects and operations preferred.

• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree preferred.

• Proven successful, large scale end-to-end SAP Project implementation experience.

• Proven comprehensive knowledge and experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA

• Proficiency in providing designs and execution of projects using SAP technologies in Procure to Pay (PTP) and Supply Chain Execution (SCE) functions.

• Prior hands-on experience in configuring / development of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA preferably in PTP and SCE functions.

• Extensive experience and understanding of cross-functional touch points and impacts of PTP and SCE functions.

• Experience in building integrations between SAP and Non-SAP applications primarily external warehouse, planning and procurement applications.

• Experience in driving strategies, roadmaps, innovations, and automation efforts.

• Extensive experience of working with business stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to collaborate and be able to influence large teams and senior leadership across GTBS and business.

• Experience in working with software vendors both technology and resource and establishing good relationships.

• Very energetic, enthusiastic, and self-driven

[What the role is]

The Technology Office drives the development and deployment of technology to boost Singapore’s competitiveness as an air hub.

[What you will be working on]

 Develop aviation technology road map and sustainable engineering capability plan in consultation with various stakeholders in the aviation/airport operations ecosystem.
 Develop business plan and an integrated technology and engineering development roadmap.
 Lead system architecting and system development efforts.
 Conduct system trade-off analysis
 Assess technical performance metrics, identify, and manage risks factors.
 Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions.
 Supervise new product development.
 Collaborate with the industry and key stakeholders to define and execute goals, strategy, and vision.
 Design strategies for future development projects based on aviation sector’s overall objectives and resources.
 Work with Research performers to evaluate suitability of projects for eventual deployment.
 Review the delivery of research outputs to ensure adequacy for translation into industrial applications.
 Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and processes.
 Develop Strategy to build sector’s engineering capability.
 Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify, build and retain sector’s key engineering capability.
 Enhance the recruitment, training, and retention of key engineering capabilities.
 Develop and implement strategies to ensure the sustenance of core engineering competencies.
 Develop strategies and framework to ensure projects under evaluation can comply with industry security, safety, and compliance standards.
 Lead on multiple cross-functional quality initiatives for improve QA process improvements.

Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
