Job Description
· Lead and manage the FM Department, overseeing day-to-day operations and customer accounts.
· Manage team, including budget planning, outsourcing, tendering, and contract renewal.
· Provide strategic direction for facility management services, focusing on business development and cost reduction.
· Coach and mentor facilities team, ensuring effective emergency response and business continuity.
· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities’ regulations.
· Develop and implement business development plans.
· Plan OPEX and CAPEX budgets on a yearly and monthly basis.
· Train employees and administer operations policies and procedures.
· Familiarity with Data Center industry, Managing Agent, and Project Management.
· Maintain adherence to ISO procedures and standards.
· Review and negotiate contract documents, source quality vendors, and contractors.
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related disciplines.
· Over 10 years of experience in Data Center operations, Managing Agent, or related fields,
· Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
· Proven track record in managing daily operations.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a business-focused mindset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to confidently deliver presentations.
· Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Facility Manager.
