The Analytic Transformation & Governance team is the central pillar for propelling a rapid transformation within the recently formed Commercial Analytics & AI (CAAI) organization at Pfizer. This organization is made up of various functional areas including Insight Strategy & Execution, Market Research Insights, Data Science and AI, and Analytic Engineering. Our core objective is to facilitate and guide this organization through its transformative journey by delivering crucial initiatives, tools, and capabilities. As a key player in Pfizer's commercial transformation, our team takes the lead in defining and driving critical analytic priorities and governance necessary to achieve our goals.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Technical Data Product Manager (TDPM) for Analytics Capabilities plays a critical role in driving the development, prioritization and growth of analytics capabilities within the Commercial Analytics and AI organization. They are responsible for interfacing with the business to gather data feature requirements, translating business and feature requirements into technical requirements for the Analytics Engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of valuable insights and actionable recommendations through scalable data products and solutions. The TDPM will collaborate with the CAE engineering leadership team on strategy and planning for feature delivery, data architecture solutions, and roll-out and communication of analytics data capabilities that scale horizontally across reporting capabilities and data domains.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Plan:

• Collaborate with CAE engineering leadership to define and communicate a clear vision for the analytics data capabilities roadmap, aligning with business goals to drive the adoption and utilization of data products.
• Identify and understand the specific audience or stakeholders who will benefit from the capabilities through contextual inquiry, interviews, journey mapping exercises, and other research techniques.
• Conduct assessments, gather requirements, and define necessary features and functionality horizontally across common data sets as relevant to commercialization/marketing of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with CAE engineering leadership to create feature roadmaps that outline the strategic direction, priorities, and timeline for development of data products.

Development Life Cycle:

• Define and track progress on key milestones and deliverables throughout the development life cycle.
• Act as a guide and advocate, ensuring alignment with the data product vision.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and stories for Analytics Engineering
• Work with Data governance and CAE data architecture to align business requirements with data standards.
• Work directly with content engineering leads to hand off technical requirements and ensure clear transition to development teams.

Communication:

• Establish a cadence of updates and feedback sessions with key stakeholders.
• Develop a rollout schedule and deliver training sessions for effective utilization of data capabilities to business stake holders, data scientists, and data engineers alike.
• Establish support mechanisms and channels to address user queries and maximize value.
• Act as subject matter expert in various pharmaceutical commercialization data domains.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ Years experience in data product management or algorithm design/development, with at least 10 years of experience in SQL and relational databases.
• BA or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering, Data Science or equivalent work relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management and agile software delivery practice.
• Deep understanding of data processing for data science and analytics purposes, data management and design/architecture, and data product scalability techniques.
• At least 10 years of experience in writing/designing business and technical specifications for analytic data product purposes.

What You Will Do:

As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of fast growing and energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions. As a Workday Technical Architect at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for driving the technical solution and scope for current and prospective clients, leading technical team members with expertise in integrations, data, reporting, and analytics, and designing and developing system integrations for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solution. This leadership position will require people manager skills and ability to grow and develop the technical Workday team at Guidehouse.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead and manage other Workday technical consultants.
• Work directly with sales to support opportunities by providing expertise and solution advice to prospective clients.
• Invest in internal initiatives to further enhance Guidehouse’s delivery capabilities.
• Actively communicate with other practice leaders on overall project delivery and practice items.
• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integrations for high profile clients.
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams.
• Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets.

What You Will Need:

• 7+ years of experience implementing Workday for multiple organizations.
• Prior managerial experience in leading and supporting a remote workforce.
• Experience with the execution of 5+ Workday implementations.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.
• Ability to travel to support prominent clients and sales opportunities.
• 7+ years of work experience including integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).
• Current holder of a Workday Certification within one or more of the following specialties: Integrations, Data Conversion, Prism Analytics, Extend.

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• ERP Implementation experience within the public sector.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and demos.

Key Role:

• 11+ years of experience with Counterintelligence (CI)
• 7+ years of experience with federal Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM)
• 5+ years of experience as a TSCM Team Chief
• Experience with telephone security such as Telephone Security Group (TSG) requirements
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification
• TSCM Fundamentals and TSCM Cyber certifications
• A +, Network +, and Sec + certifications
• Graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy

Additional Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
