The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Analytics Manager is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of a company’s specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications. 

This role actively identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes (i.e. employee movements, timekeeping and other systems)

This role will provide actionable insights through HR Data analytics and establish and execute strategies and governance on employee data management and analytics.

Key responsibilities:

HRIS Implementation and Project Management

• Lead the HRIS team to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes
• Define the HRIS roadmap and serve as the overall Project Manager for all HRIS implementations and initiatives
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and lead the planning, development, testing, and implementation of relevant systems
• Collaborate with external IT vendors on system implementation and support User Acceptance Testing
• Manage requests for process improvements, system enhancements, and the development or purchase of new software applications
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the HR information system, including system support and maintenance
• Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.
• Maintain data integrity by regularly analyzing data
• Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS
• Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
• Oversee all system upgrades and additions in partnership with the IT department
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and related regulations for all HR-related systems

HR Analytics and Reports

• Collect and analyze data and statistics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance operational performance
• Ensure reporting solutions, insights, analytical tools, and dashboards deliver actionable and accurate data to end users
• Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership
• Establish and execute strategies and governance on employee data management and analytics

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation within HR processes and evaluate tools to improve and maintain data integrity
• Lead and participate in projects focused on continuous improvement and development
• Research and maintain current knowledge on new and emerging HRIS trends.
• Mentor and coach the team to develop expertise and drive process and configuration excellence
• Actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and HRIS integrations

Vendor Management

• Coordinate, schedule, and track progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions
• Manage HR vendor relationships and issue ticketing, ensuring maintenance and issue resolution
• Raise and resolve tickets on issues brought up by HR partners, ensuring no downstream impact
• Interface regularly with vendors and external providers to resolve system concerns
• Review and assess system provider proposals and budgets to ensure cost-effective and relevant HR services and processes
• Ensure vendors comply with regulatory requirements and collaborate with teams such as Risk, Data Privacy, and the Project Management Office to ensure organizational compliance

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.
3. Strong understanding of all HR functions (organizational development, recruitment, administration, payroll), and General Affairs (GA), experienced in being HRGA at least 5 years
4. Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation).

Job responsibilities : 

1. Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company's long-term growth and success.

2. Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent 

3. Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. 

4. Manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.

5. Maintain and implement all human resources policies and procedures, including recruitment and training, salary management, social security benefits (BPJS health insurance and BPJS human insurance system updates), performance evaluation, and employee relations (signing PKWT/PKWTT employment contracts).

6. Provide human resource consultation and support to resolve employee issues and disputes.

• This role represents the key connection between Puma Apparel Innovation and vendors in the Asian arena. Working closely with Innovation management and vendors – Identify what we currently do well or need to do better, and then help to develop further to improve performance, value, and appeal.  
• This includes both the elements of materials and garment construction and will involve working closely with internal and external business partners
• Communication to the wider Innovation team and Sourcing colleagues on a regular basis, is critical to the success if this role
• Investigate material/garment/technical opportunities for improved performance and Sustainability – for today and tomorrows consumer.  
• Develop new and innovative solutions for performance apparel concepts – through fibers, material, and garment manufacturing methods
• Bring ideas and inspiring concepts to the table on a regular basis, based on your research and input for the research team and translate to our future consumer’s needs.  (3-4 ideas per quarter/year). 
• Ensure costing parameters are considered when advancing innovations. Support the development of Innovations from concept stage through to commercialization.

What You Will Do:

Deze rol

In deze rol als Account Manager Food & Beverage Technology ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versterken en uitbreiden van onze marktpositie bij voornamelijk een bestaande klantengroep. Grote klanten in ons portfolio zijn bijvoorbeeld FrieslandCampina, Heineken, CocaCola, DSM, Bavaria, Unilever. Je klanten lopen dus uiteen van grote ijsfabrieken, tot locaties waar bijvoorbeeld hoogwaardige productstromen uit zuivelprocessen verder verwerkt worden, tot waar het vlees verwerkt wordt of waar je verfrissende glas cola geproduceerd wordt. Je wordt van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het managen van je eigen grote accounts en het behalen van sales doelstellingen. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op ‘consultative selling’: voor onze klanten ben je de technologische expert rondom de processen op hun locaties. Want immers: overal waar gewerkt wordt, moet gereinigd worden, en in een voedsel of dranken productielocatie is dat misschien wel des te belangrijker. Kortom: je bent een als eerst een adviseur, en daarna een account manager. En als je daarbij nieuwe kansen signaleert om te groeien voor ons als organisatie, dan is dat mooi meegenomen - een pluspunt zegmaar.

Een high-level samenvatting van jouw nieuwe rol:

• Je ontwikkelt een sales plan en strategie voor jouw klanten, waarbij je nadenkt over hoe je groei kunt realiseren. 

• Je bent zo’n 4 dagen per week onderweg naar klanten waarbij je een sterk adviserende rol hebt met betrekking tot onze productoplossingen in hun omgeving.

• Deelnemen aan evenementen zoals beurzen om bekendheid te genereren en netwerken op te bouwen.

• Trainingen organiseren bij/met de klanten eventueel in samenwerking met onze engineers of de marketing afdeling.

• Het samenstellen van interessante offertes, onderhandelen en het voorbereiden van het contract.t

• Het verzamelen en vastleggen van sales data in Salesforce. 

Met onze al bijna 100-jaar ervaring ga je aan de slag voor een organisatie met behoorlijk wat kennis- en expertise in huis. Daar zal je ook de vruchten van plukken in deze rol als (technical) account manager. Vanzelfsprekend trainen we je op onze solutions, maar je kan ook altijd terugvallen op een sterk netwerk van collega’s met specifieke expertisegebieden. Denk hierbij aan ons technical sales team, marketing et cetera.

Ervaring met dezelfde type klanten heeft een sterke voorkeur; en als je niet de opleiding hebt, dan is de ervaring (meerdere jaren) met Food & Beverage klanten het belangrijkst. Denk hierbij aan de voedselproductie locaties, vleesverwerking, bierbrouwerijen, zuivelverwerking etcetera - dus de locaties waar het geproduceerd of verwerkt wordt. Heb je dat nog niet, dan is dus de (recent afgeronde) opleiding in de richting van levensmiddelentechnologie (of vergelijkbaar) een vereiste. 

Waarom dat zo belangrijk is? Dat begint bij het feit dat onze aanpak een sterke advies focus heeft. Om dit succesvol te kunnen doen is kennis van de processen in de fabrieken van onze klanten cruciaal. Op die manier ben je namelijk in staat om aanbevelingen te doen over proces vraagstukken gerelateerd aan reinigingsoplossingen (bijvoorbeeld CIP of OPC toepassingen) bij de klant op locatie. Een voorbeeld hiervan is een bedrijf dat hoogwaardige deelstromen uit zuivelprocessen opwekt voor het gebruik in andere (eind)producten. Denk hierbij aan hoogwaardige eiwitten, om deze deze te kunnen maken wordt voor de opconcentratie o.a.gebruik gemaakt van membraanfiltratie systemen. Samen met de klant wordt gewerkt aan robuust en reproduceerbaar geautomatiseerd reinigingsproces, waarbij de meest optimale balans ontstaat tussen productietijd, levensduur van de membranen en reinigingstijd. Specifiek voor membraanreinigings toepassingen is Diversey een speler van wereldformaat. Als het aanspreekpunt voor de klant adviseer je hen hierover, en werk je vaak samen met de klant en je directe collega’s van de Knowledge Based Service afdeling. En dat is precies waarom jouw kennis en ervaring zo cruciaal is in deze rol. 

Enkele praktische zaken:

• Je bent een gesprekspartner op niveau; dat kan blijken uit een diploma, or uit werkervaring.

• Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs (je krijgt een auto van de zaak).

• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, en daarnaast spreek je ook een goed woordje engels (minimaal op B2 niveau).

DSST Public Schools is looking for a Creative Content Manager to drive online marketing and communications efforts for the network, with a strong emphasis on building the capacity of our schools to effectively communicate and engage with their stakeholders. They will review digital opportunities, aid the marketing team and schools, oversee the annual social media marketing plan and schedule, create social media posts, and coordinate the update of digital assets for DSST Home Office and Schools. The Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and monitoring current social media trends and constantly looking for new opportunities in digital marketing that can help elevate DSST’s brand and drive more engagement with our communities. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Create strong branded content on social media and our website using strong writing, design and management of systems.

• Serve as a key member of the DSST Marketing and Communications Team by working collaboratively to build efficient systems and take creative ideas from concept to final product.

• Assist in the creation and oversight of branded assets and communications.

• Contribute to a team approach by accomplishing other duties as assigned (may include development, education, training, etc.).

Campaign Management

• Support in producing digital communications and marketing pieces, including, emails, website copy, and blogs for print and digital.

• Create promotional materials relating to school and campaign events.

• Lead content brainstorming, creation, and feedback gathering with the following Home Office teams: DEI, Advocacy, Family & Community Engagement, Alumni, and more

• Effectively manage multiple projects in an efficient and systematic way

School Collaboration

• Monitor DSST school communications to stay informed about school events and updates; report relevant information back to the broader team.

• Support DSST schools through a strong partnership with the Community Engagement and Recruitment Manager in storytelling through newsletter, social media, ReachWell, and other communications best practices and resources. 

• Assess and evaluate the efficacy of all DSST events and share findings so as to improve future event advertisement, media, and social media outreach.

What You Will Do:
Our Homeland Security and Law Enforcement team members help clients maximize the value of their data and information, redefine business processes and drive transformational change. This high performing team works with transportation security clients to define and analyze risk, develop and implement strategic communications processes and products and develop data visualizations. Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8 ( EIGHT) years of management consulting, strategic planning and/or analytics with demonstrated experience leading small teams to include 3 (THREE) years of project management experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 360 Suite
• Experience developing requirements for complex technology deployments
• Demonstrated performance developing briefings for senior executives
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

The Technical Account Manager builds, develops, and maintains one-on-one relationships with our strategic customers. You have relationship leadership and project management skills, working with diverse customer and internal team members from practitioners to senior leadership. You think strategically across business, and technical objectives, helping customers maximise value from their product investment.

In addition to the above set of functions, key elements of the role include being the technical advisory lead for enterprise customers, establishing business and operational understanding of their environment. When working with customers and partners, you will lead technical health reviews, and influence partners to improve your customers’ operational health.

The overarching goal is to ensure that you understand your customers’ technical and business strategies, requirements and priorities and are in a position to anticipate and avoid issues; identify and mitigate risk; experience full realization of the Adobe product suite.

What you'll do:

• Lead outstanding support engagement as the technical executive point of contact throughout the Customer’s solution lifecycle. Guide and support customer’s strategy with Adobe Solutions via service delivery plans with clear outcomes.
• Assess strategic Customer technical risks and opportunities and drive the extended Adobe team to build and deliver mitigation and “get well” plans.
• Drive clear communication across Customer operational areas. Maintain regular and appropriate governance with both internal and external executive teams. Drive alignment, facilitating and reporting on overall engagement status and outcomes.
• Advocate for Customer across internal Adobe teams. Optimize client’s investment and accelerated task, issue execution and resolution. Drive innovation, roadmap influence, standard methodologies, and process improvement back into the Adobe ecosystem.
• Responsible for the global engagement model, and review cycle across multiple BU’s and/or brands.
• Coordinate well-rounded delivery cadence across all technical partners and achieve business objectives across multi-solution, multi-discipline engagements.
• Work hands on with Adobe's internal Customer Success Management, Managed Services, Engineering, TechOps, Product Management, Support, and the Adobe Consulting practice and third-party partners in support of customer’s technical success.
• Lead a matrixed services team that may involve multiple project teams from Adobe, client, or partner organizations. Develop effective working relationships with Customer partners.
• Make recommendations on how new and existing features fit within customers’ environments, supplying standard methodologies and recommendations.
• Lead project-based, consultant-led architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are optimized.
• Mentor immediate team members as needed.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related subject area of the technical industry. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5 to 10 years experience in a senior capacity in consultative, customer support, customer success and/or related role in marketing technology.
• Strong executive presence. Ability to collaborate multiple teams throughout Adobe and client-side VPs, including CMOs and CXOs.
• Strong presentation skills, including confident presence over the phone and via conference tools. Leading meetings, workshops, and reviews in front of audiences both small and large.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills to drive closure to customer concerns and open technical issues. Maintain strong ability to prioritize work against client goals.
• Outstanding customer-facing skills that enable you to represent Adobe best within a customer’s environment. Driving discussions with multiple teams from developers and analysts to management and senior leadership.
• Capable of driving awareness and resolution across a broad set of issues with the Customer: technical, architecture, business process, and partnerships.
• Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges to help our customers realize the software investment, efficiencies, advantages, and innovations.
• Awareness of development methodologies and technologies and understanding of and experience with marketing software and domain principles.
• Ability to lead, fast paced, high-priority tasks, use cases, and work streams across multiple Adobe products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrable ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, coordinating peers and internal resources where required.
• Experience of a wide range of computer operating systems and software with emphasis on installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, integration, administration and client/server operations is desired
• Understanding or experience in debugging coding languages
• Experience and familiarity with the following (a plus but not a hard requirement): Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Magento, Adobe Marketo, Adobe Target.
• Travel when permitted to client locations (approximately 10-25 percent)!
