IT Procurement Manager - Software

Salary: £65,000-£75,000
Location: Dunstable LU5 5XE (3 Days a week minimum in office) - can also be flexible with a couple of days in London per month.

What you'll do

Lead regular supplier review meetings with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
Continuous maintenance and update of market insight regarding the IS marketplace, best-practices, trends, and key suppliers.
Documented Software Category Strategy plans for key spend areas.
Rolling 12-month sourcing plan for the IS categories.
Build strong project pipeline to deliver efficiency target.

What we need

IT Procurement Experience - can run tenders, meet suppliers, build contracts, manage contract renewals, build stakeholder relationships, and has experience with project implementation end to end.
Development and implementation of sourcing strategies aligned with functional and business objectives to enable IT investments and operations.
Maintain a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment, how the organisation sources, deploys, and manages external partners.
Have software category knowledge with a track of negotiating complex contracts.
