Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand presence on Google, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage content creation, including copywriting, video, and visual assets, tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms, making data-driven adjustments to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Identify and leverage trending topics and content opportunities to engage audiences and build brand affinity.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and other paid marketing initiatives on Google and other search engines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices, algorithm changes, and new features.
• Develop reports and insights on campaign performance and digital growth metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing campaigns on multiple new media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and report generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and [Chinese or relevant language].
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing digital trends.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
