Provides expert guidance and technical support to IT specialists regarding the requirements analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation for FBOP databases.

Researches specific IT topics to evaluate alternatives. Integrates and uses the respective IT knowledge in the formulation of plans that meet operational objectives.

Reviews code to ensure industry standards and best practices are met with a focus on business requirements.

Develops complex queries, reports, dashboards, and designs report formats; carries out prototyping, develops code, tests, and implements it in the production environment.

Architects data warehousing reporting solutions from conception to delivery consisting of analysis of high level design, data modeling, extract, transform, and load (ETL) development, user interface development, integration, and implementation, using the appropriate tools.

Routing and Switching Engineer – Senior Associate

Provide system level pre & post-sales support for CIENA’s Customer base. This includes answering incoming customer calls, testing, troubleshooting and remote technical support for CIENA packet products. Basic level expertise in data communications protocols including Ethernet and IP networks is required. An understanding of fiber optic transport and/or switching protocols would be an asset. Summary of This Role

What Part Will You Play?

Minimum Qualifications
