VISA2AU PTY LTD As our Network and Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining robust network and data infrastructure that supports our expanding business portfolio. You will work with a dynamic team to ensure optimal system performance, security compliance, and seamless integration across our Australian and International offices. Benefits • Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives • Professional certification support • Flexible work arrangements • Regular team events and social activities Task & Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable network solutions across multiple locations (Sydney, Melbourne, Cairns, and International offices) • Lead Essential 8 and ISO compliance initiatives • Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including: IaaS and PaaS implementations Security and network configurations Identity and access management Cloud backup solutions Oversee Microsoft 365 ecosystem administration Implement and maintain comprehensive backup strategies for sensitive data (PII) Provide technical leadership for cloud migration projects Develop and maintain system documentation Qualification & Experience Technical Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Current industry certifications (CCNA/CCNP preferred) • Proven expertise in: Azure cloud services Network security and monitoring Microsoft 365 administration Database management Python scripting (advantageous) Sophos Firewall Engineering certification (desirable) Essential Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent project management abilities Clear communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in teams Willingness to travel to remote offices when required About Company We are a forward-thinking technology company committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
