Support Unified Comms Systems

· Maintaining Unified Comms system through preventive maintenance and follow ups on problem resolutions.

· Attending to user requirements and work with vendor to provide solutions.

· Work with other departments for smooth flow of processes and procedures.

Projects rollout

· Plan technical deliverables including system enhancements and upgrades to meet project requirements within allocated budget and schedule.

· Plan resource allocation and utilisation across the various project and quarterly releases.

· Plan and collaborate across different application teams and overseas counterparts to manage technical dependencies of the solution in the project delivery cycle.

· Monitor and manage risks /issues related to technical delivery.

• Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
• Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.
• Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
• Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.

What you bring:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Application Production Support
• Good experience in Windows OS, Managed file Transmission tools like (MoveIT, CFI, Data Express), Network Concept(FTPs/HTTPS/SFTP/SSH/TCP/IP/Firewall/Ping/telnet/Common Ports etc.)
• Able to troubleshoot application /services / server logs / TaskScheduler jobs.
• Nice to have : Scripting language - any (Bash/Powershell etc.)
