We are seeking expressions of interest for a Chef Manager to join our team in Wodonga. Based on our highly regarded multi-national food manufacturing client site you will manage a small team that work around the clock, while working in a hands-on leadership role. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ordering food ingredients and planning menu.
Responsibilities include
Manage the kitchen and team
Preparation, serving, and control of cooked and uncooked food
Training of staff and ensuring that staff follows HAACP Food Safety protocol
Ordering, menu planning and compliance documentation
Menu planning & costing and wage control.
This role is Monday to Friday pm, salary offered is $86,970 package.
To be successful, you?ll need:
Australian Citizenship or, Full Australian working rights
Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial
