DC Environment Support

• Shall monitor the facilities infrastructure in the DC to ensure that they are within the operating levels defined by the Customers.
• Power infrastructure (such as Uninterrupted Power Supply and power distribution boards);
• Cooling Infrastructure (such as computer room air-conditioning units);
• Fire detection and suppression systems (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);
• Environment monitoring system (such as humidity and temperature); and
• Water leakage detection.
• Shall ensure the DC infrastructure is monitored on twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• The Vendor shall inform the Customer within one (1) hour when problems are detected.
• Shall work with the Customer and Customer-appointed Supplier to resolve any infrastructure issues detected in accordance to the support hours as required by the Customer.

DC Facilities Management Services

• Shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier.
• Shall work with Customer-appointed Supplier on site preparation tasks such as network cabling and electrical wiring, when required.
• Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.
• Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.
• Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.
• Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.
• Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the Customer.
• Shall maintain up-to-date documentation of the data centre design layouts.
• Shall manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Customer.
• Shall monitor the following physical security infrastructure to ensure they are within the operating levels defined by the Customer

Requirements:

• Preferably Three (3) years of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations experience

This position is located in the Mental Health Care Line, VA Hudson Valley Health Care System. The VA Hudson Valley Health Care System offers a full range of acute and chronic care services for Veterans residing in six adjacent counties, including, Dutchess, Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Rockland, and Sullivan serving over 400,000 Veterans. The incumbent is the Program Manager - Substance Abuse (SA) Dom, Montrose Campus. In the role of Program Manager - SA Dom the incumbent will provide high quality Psychological clinical treatment, assessment, education, research services and coordination of linkages to other appropriate VA or community service providers and/or agencies as needed by the client.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the clinical structure of the SA Dom and the work provided by other multidisciplinary staff, either reporting to her/him or discipline specific supervisors. The incumbent is responsible for program structure, evaluation of programing, staff supervision and performance evaluations and the overall daily structure and functioning of the unit. The incumbent is also responsible for directing the training of our APA Psychology Internship Training Program.

The Program Manager - SA Dom provides full range of oversight of the day to day operation of the 30-bed SA Dom unit of the larger Domiciliary Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program - three bed sections. All work done within the SA Dom is under the Program Manager's oversight; Program Manager is responsible for some of the staff and their performance and is the task supervisor for those who have professional specific supervisors, for example but not limited to Nursing. The Program Manager is responsible for the safety, structure for the unit. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all work necessary to ensure that the unit meets the standards for the VA, Joint Commission, CARF and any other regulatory oversight.

Clinical Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Diagnoses mental disorders, particularly SA, and conducts psychological and/or cognitive function assessments and neuropsychological screenings.

Responsible for the quality control of entering accurate Financial Responsibility Program data, all progress reports, transfer recommendations, correspondence with probation officers, attorneys, judges, and others.

Responsible for the completion of all requirements in regard to Victim/Witness Protection notification and Central Inmate Monitoring packets, as well as observation cases under a variety of sentencing and pre-sentence/pre-trial statutes, with appropriate recommendations to the Bureau and the courts.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staffs correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.
