Join our Economic Crime Intelligence Lab in a key Data Science role you'll see how a leading FinTech fights fraud whilst ensuring continuity of the service our customers expect. You're going after the fraudsters, the social engineering con-artists and money mules. In turn this helps to protect customers and wider society from the harm caused by fraud and scams.

You'd be using your skills in Python to update and maintain our machine learning libraries underpinning our fraud controls. You'll work with new technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Pyspark), toolsets and techniques to embed the latest solutions into our products. Your skills will in time be utilised within wider Economic Crime areas with exposure to even wider technologies and learning.

Ultimately you'll get to identify innovative solutions within machine learning and use statistical analysis to detect and prevent fraud against our customers and the bank. Your input will help our fraud detection become ever more sophisticated through improved accuracy i.e. less interruption of genuine customer transactions. You'll also have very well-defined success metrics (e.g. detection rate, alert rate) and an abundance of meaningful, complex data for you to get stuck into.

• Ensure the management of injuries effectively meets its commitments to the players, coaches and senior management through accurate documentation on The Millwall Intelligence Platform.

• Ensure all medical notes are up to date within 24 hours of treatment and logged on The Millwall Intelligence Platform.

• Deliver indoors (physio room and gym) and outdoors (on field) rehabilitation sessions according to departmental rehabilitation syllabus and safely return to play.

• Accompany players to medical consultations at short notice, ensuring best practice is always followed and the player receives the optimal advice at all times.

• Ensure the academy operates following the EPPP rules and lead the audit preparation of the medical department.

• Promote safeguarding within the organisation and create a safe and inclusive environment for all. Report any safeguarding concerns as and when required.

• Engage in all Sports Science & Medicine CPD activities as well as any other mandatory training.

The Aeronautical Science (AS) Department hosts the largest degree program for professional pilots in the world and is one of the largest departments on the Daytona Beach Campus. It houses three undergraduate degree programs focusing on professional aviation, which include the Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science, Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and Bachelor of Science in Uncrewed Aircraft Systems. All programs in the AS department are accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI).

Position Summary:

This is a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track position in the Department of Geosciences at Fort Lewis College. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses across the flourishing GIS Certificate Program, and help to coordinate the program, advise certificate-seeking students, and engage in research or applications of GIS. Fort Lewis College has a site license for ESRI’s ArcGIS software suite, numerous well-appointed computer labs, and ample equipment to support research and data collection (e.g., survey-grade GPS units, multiple UAVs, and abundant field equipment). Preferred Education, Specialized Skills, and Experience:

• Experience and/or interest in remote sensing applied to snow science and/or climate change
• 4+ years of experience with ESRI’s ArcGIS Pro, as well as open-source GIS platforms (e.g. qGIS)
• Proficiency in Python programming and/or Google Earth Engine
• GISP certification
• Active engagement with the broader GIS community (industry, federal government, etc)
