We are looking for a Data Operations & Business Solutions Specialist who will bridge the gap between data-driven insights and business operations, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving across diverse teams.

Scope of work:

• Complete any given task within the required period of time. The tasks are mostly related to inventory and data for Supply Team's management and data visibility for non-technical personnel in the company.
• Create any data projects requested by the Business Development Sub-team inside the Supply Team and/or any analysis tasks that could help drive the company's business.
• Collect material and/or evidence that is pivotal for solving any issues that occur and make it visible in the database.
• Communicate and liaise with the Business Development Team, filter requests or needs from other teams, evaluate each task's importance, and prioritize the tasks.
• Analyze and interpret complicated numbers into simple language for non-technical people.
• Monitor and ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the basic business needs.

• Fluent in English and Russian. Being able to speak Thai can be an advantage.
• Goal-oriented but also attentive to details at the same time.
• Creative but well-disciplined in terms of working as a team.
• Time-manageable, knows what to prioritize first.
• Able to initiate ideas on how to solve issues.
• Efficient in communication between different teams, languages, and cultures.
• Basic skill: SQL
• Candidates with previous experiences with transport, online ticket business, and "mapping" issues will be first shortlisted.
