Randstad C&P are currently seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our clients Facilities Management team, covering commercial properties in Dundee and the surrounding areas. This role requires expertise in electrical maintenance, HVAC systems, and a proactive approach to handling a variety of tasks.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned, preventative maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine and emergency checks on lighting systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Undertake regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Efficiently replace and upgrade lamps, bulbs, and lighting fixtures, ensuring a well-lit and safe environment.
- Address minor plumbing issues and repairs to uphold the functionality of facilities.
- Engage in fabric maintenance, including repairs and improvements to building structures and interiors.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults promptly to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Undertake a variety of mechanical tasks as required, showcasing versatility and adaptability in the role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 18th Edition City and Guilds
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Proven experience within a facilities management or commercial role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving licence
