Summary
The Point of Sale Training Lead is responsible for the Learning and Development strategy for POS Sales Team Members.  The primary responsibility is to create engaging and authentic learning experiences and content that enables high performance.  As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials, incorporating instructional design principles and technologies. Your expertise in curriculum development and instructional strategies will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.  It is critical that you build strong relationships and foster collaboration with our product, marketing, sales, program management and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and enables performance excellence

• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs

• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them

• Visualize instructional graphics, learning strategies, content and journeys that contribute to enhanced learning and results.

• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts to ensure training is relevant and impactful.

What You Will Do:
The software training specialist is a key training team member, responsible for all facets of the design, development, and delivery of software training using a combination of web-based, distance-learning and instructor-led training methods. This person will be responsible for the assessment, design, and conceptualization of training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, and curriculums to support the implementation of a Human Resource Information System.
