About Us:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment activities by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help coordinate training and development programs.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
