Your responsibilities as a Technical Officer will be to manage and supervise contractors, ensuring in the support of day to day building maintenance and operations. You will need to manage vendors, ensure SLA at met and ensuring M&E services are checked before handovers.
Skills and experience required
You will need to have min NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Engineering or other relevant qualifications. Other requirements are as follow:
- Min 7 years of experience in facilities management.
- Experience in managing contractors, outsource vendors is a must.
- Experience in real estate developers would be highly advantageous.
