On Behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team! A leading player in the food industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
⦠Lead the technical team to ensure compliance with AA BRC standards.
⦠Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
⦠Monitor and improve food safety and quality processes.
⦠Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
⦠Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers on quality-related issues.
⦠Train and mentor staff on best practices in food safety and quality management.
Qualifications:
⦠Proven track record in achieving and maintaining AA BRC grading.
⦠Relevant degree or equivalent experience in food science or related field.
⦠Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
⦠Excellent leadership and communication skills.
⦠Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
