We are seeking a Technical Support and Projects Officer to join our strategy team.
In providing a high level of technical support to strategic and operational managers, you will be instrumental in delivering initiatives and projects designed to improve our services and the local environment. Leading on communications to ensure full engagement in our services.
You will have excellent communication skills. The role will require you to work closely with our operational teams, our residents, local businesses, along with a wide range of partners to help shape our services.
As a key member of the team, you will be flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team and be able to manage your own workload.
In return, we offer an opportunity to experience working on a range of projects and with various departments across the Council.
Our team is based in the award winning Civic Centre in Keynsham, but we also work flexibly, including from home and our depots, and cover the whole of Bath and North East Somerset.
Your main place of work will be the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport, with a train station 5 minutes’ walk away.
