You will write interfaces and conversion routines leveraging the application programmatic interface (API) as well as extend applications by using applicable application tools. You will also maintain knowledge of feature and technical changes in the application.

CACI is hiring a Systems Engineer to support our customer in Annapolis Junction, MD!

What You’ll Get to Do

• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of Voice and Video endpoints.

• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, and troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory

• Responsible for creation, modification, and removal of Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.

• Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems

• Responsible for responding to security incident reports

• Works with customer tickets in the Support IT ticketing system.

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph

• HS/GES with 25 years’ experience Or Bachelor’s degree with 20 years experience

• DoD 8570 CE Certification Requirements: CompTIA Network+ CE CompTIA Security+ CE
