The Citi Workplace Mobile App Administrator is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. The administrator role is primarily involved in the day-to-day management of the Citi Workplace Application. Duties include data analytics & reporting, managing content within the application, the deploying the application to new locations, as well as the overall look, feel, and organization of the app. The administrator will have a key role in drafting requirements and participating in QA testing to ensure that the final product meets/exceeds expectations. The administrator will become the subject matter expert for the application and provide support to end users and other administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Set up administrator accounts and roles in our tool’s App Center – making sure each user has the permissions they need to perform their role(s); this can be changed as roles and/or personnel change.
- Configure services and data sources – making sure that data sources are properly configured for use by the various parts of the application.
- Configure locations and persona – making sure that locations are properly defined, that each persona within a location is properly configured, and that the home screen and navigation for each persona is properly configured; in addition, ensuring that the proper on boarding flow for new users is correctly defined.
- Configure Communication channels – ensuring that the channels have been created, that each channel is correctly configured, and that delegation has been appropriately granted for each channel.
- Overseeing the deployment flow to ensure the right changes are deployed to both Test and Production instances of the app – this including deploying changes that are ready for use by users, blocking app elements that are not ready for deployment, and managing permissions for delegated administrators to submit deployment requests that can be acted on by those with permission to deploy.
- Create/upload visual content for various app components that align to Citi Branding standards.
- Create and managing modules and module screens – for Publisher pages, this involves creating modules and their screens.
- Assembling all the content (text and images; links, iframes, and other content from elsewhere in the app) and building the screens.
- Manage and support reporting metrics and feedback by each location and at the global level App Administrator Skills.
- Familiarity with managing app processes – having an appreciation for what’s going on and the confidence to push changes to the user-facing Production environment.
- Ability to do basic troubleshooting and maintenance activities– being able to make sure the systems are operating normally and possibly installing updates to fix any issues.
- Ability to manage and coordinate changes – with multiple content developers working on a project, deployments should be coordinated so that everyone’s work is at the appropriate stage.
- Facilitation of meeting with meeting minutes.
- Respond to intake request for new or existence builds and content.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of experience.
- Experience with data analytics and content design.
- Experience with making reservations and space booking.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong time management, decision making, and basic task organization skills.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions.
- Experience with QA, UAT, and testing requirements.
- Efficiency with word, excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Basic understanding of simple agile methodologies such as process flows, user stories and mapping.
- Ability or experience working cross functionally across multiple businesses and stakeholders.
- Curiosity for low code no code.
- Experience with mobile application administration.
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Application UI/UX (preferred).
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- UX design certification (preferred).
